When you are sometimes tired to eat Chinese food, it's easy in Shanghai to find something else.

Since I live here, I didn't find a really good Indian restaurant. After looking on the web different location, I decided with some friends to meet at TIKKA for a nice dinner.

I didn't post it when we went there, so I forgot the first feeling :p sorry !

The staff there are mostly foreigners. So they can speak English ! Good point for those who can't speak Chinese :)

But ! The menu is all in Chinese with Indian names... WTH -_-

Mango Lassi: really tasty !

Vegetable samossa: well stuffed. It tasted good

Unknown lamb I think... like the pot lol

Unknown grilled fish...

And Nan: It was OK... I ate better than that. Especially they said there were stuff in it but nothing really special ! The waiter recommended us that and it was the most expensive Nan in the menu... but there were 12 of them if I remember correctly. Everybody could get 2/pers.

We also ate some crispy and tasty chicken as starter. It was really good. Everybody liked it. And we order also some curry and biriyani. OMG ! the portion of the biriyani was so SMALL !!! It was good but it's just for 1 person ! And it was quite expensive !

In conclusion, it was a good dinner, but quite expensive prices for some dishes. But it did taste Indian food.

We were 6 and we paid about 120RMB or 150RMB/person
